Repair & Upgrade
Technologies are constantly developing and applications are becoming more and more demanding. Therefore, we ensure all our systems are based on open technologies, and are fully scalable and upgradeable. We offer a repair service for legacy machines as well as machines that we have supplied.
All platforms and products supplied by ASL are covered by a standard two year return to base warranty unless otherwise specified.
As an option we can extend this to a maximum of three years return to base.
As a customised package we also provide on-site support in various levels.
We provide a fast and reliable replacement service by holding in stock fully integrated platforms that are available for immediate despatch.
For technical support click on Submit Support Ticket from the menu on the left. A member of the technical support team will reply as soon as possible.
To report an RMA click on Submit Support Ticket and choose the RMA Request option. This will display a form with information we need to collect about your RMA request.
